What Happens Next?

What Happens Next?

After you complete the early steps in the Booking Ninjas journey, you may be wondering what comes next.

At this point, you may have started the sign-up path, completed the welcome survey, and confirmed your email. These steps help Booking Ninjas understand your organization and make sure the next part of the journey is more useful.

What happens next depends on where you are in the process, but the goal is simple: help you understand Booking Ninjas better and prepare you for the next major step.

You May Receive Further Instructions

After your early information is submitted, you may receive instructions about the next step.

This may come through email or through the page you are already using. The instructions may guide you toward the client portal, explain what materials are available, or help you understand what you should review next.

If you do not see anything right away, check the same inbox you used during sign-up. Also check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders in case the message was sorted away from your main inbox.

You May Be Directed to the Client Portal

The client portal is usually one of the next important places in the journey.

The portal gives you a more organized place to review materials, understand Booking Ninjas better, and continue preparing for the next stage.

Inside the client portal, you may find demo-oriented materials, explanations, guidance, or available actions that help you move forward.

The portal is not meant to be a full product setup environment. It is there to help you learn, evaluate, and understand what Booking Ninjas may prepare you for next.

You Can Review Materials Before Moving Forward

Before requesting a Salesforce org, it is helpful to review the materials available to you.

These materials may explain how Booking Ninjas works, what the platform can support, and what kind of next step may make sense for your organization.

You do not need to understand every technical detail. The goal is to become familiar enough with the journey so you know what you are requesting and why it matters.

If you are unsure where to begin, start with the client portal materials first. They are meant to help you build context before moving further.

You May Prepare to Request an Org

A Salesforce org is a later step in the Booking Ninjas journey.

It is not automatically created just because you clicked Start for free or completed the welcome survey. Before an org request makes sense, Booking Ninjas needs enough context about your organization, your current setup, and what you are trying to manage.

That is why the earlier steps are important.

The sign-up path, welcome survey, email confirmation, and client portal all help prepare you for the point where requesting an org becomes more useful.

You Are Still in the Evaluation Journey

At this stage, you are still learning and evaluating.

You are not expected to have everything figured out. You may still be deciding whether Booking Ninjas is the right fit, what your organization needs, or whether your team is ready to move further.

That is okay.

The purpose of this part of the journey is to help you understand the platform, understand the next steps, and feel more prepared before making a bigger request.

What You Should Do Now

Follow the instructions you receive after completing the early steps.

If you are directed to the client portal, review the materials there. If you are asked to confirm something by email, complete that step. If you are learning about Salesforce orgs for the first time, take a moment to understand what an org means before requesting one.

Moving step by step helps make the process clearer and more useful.
