David Harroch
David Harroch is a Miami based entrepreneur with a passion for digital transformation, especially in the hospitality industry. He has worked on numerous projects in efforts to make his passion a reality. His most recent, the Booking Ninjas system, which comprises of a Salesforce-based PMS and CRM, represents his goal for the future of the hospitality industry.
The Booking Ninjas system features technologies that are key drivers to digital transformation in any industry, including smart communication features, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud computing, structural data analysis, and many other productive business tools. It draws on the fact that there is currently a huge need to make good use of business data while providing unforgettable guest experiences and optimizing business flows as efficiently as possible.
For over 10 years, Mr. Harroch has worked extensively in different sectors of the hospitality industry, providing his services as a consultant and an entrepreneur. He founded several businesses over the years, adding to his vast understanding of business and digital interoperability in the hospitality industry.
As an observer of the industry, Mr. Harroch has written several articles about how all sectors of the hospitality industry can take advantage of the recent innovations in the IT industry and use them to drive substantial growth and improve customer service. The articles can be found in the Booking Ninjas website blog, and as guest posts in major online publications.
Mr. Harroch has a degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University, and a Finance MBA degree, from Bar Ilan, Tel Aviv, Israel. He currently resides in Miami, South Florida, where he conducts most of his business operations.
